Paul Vigo makes a move

Freshman Paul Vigo was the only member of the 2008 recruiting class to greyshirt, delaying his enrollment at Colorado until this spring. He began spring ball as a safety but has moved to cornerback, where he might stay. Vigo missed a large chunk of his first spring in the program standing on the sidelines with a bad hamstring. First depth chart coming

Longtime Colorado sports information director Dave Plati spent time with several assistant coaches after today's practice going over where guys might fit into the first depth chart released this spring. No word on how soon it will be released. They could wait until after the spring game, but it will be interesting to see where guys are slotted as we roll into summer and look ahead to fall camp. Ray Polk watching and learning

It's questionable at this point whether Colorado redshirt freshman Ray Polk will be able to earn any significant playing time next fall on defense. Polk, a highly rated recruit at running back in 2008, sat out last season and decided to make the switch to safety during the winter.
