Colorado-Hawaii game slated for ESPN

The Star Advertiser newspaper in Hawaii recently reported that ESPN has committed to televising three of Hawaii’s football games on one of its network platforms next season, including the Sept. 3 season opener against the Buffs.

It’s not a huge surprise that the game would be available on TV, but I’m sure it comes as a relief to die-hard fans who can’t afford to make the trip to paradise.

However, the newspaper says the current start time, though not finalized, is slated for 6 p.m. in Hawaii, which translates to a 10 p.m. start time here in Boulder.
